This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 1. The submitted plan does not show the location of the proposed fence. Clearly show the fence and provide the proposed height on the plan. 2. As this plan shows the proposed Casita with Garage that is under review, TC-RES-0724-04144, Zoning cannot approve this fence permit until permit TC-RES-0724-04144 is approved. An option would be to provide a plan that does not show the Casita with Garage but clearly shows the proposed fence.
