This site is located in the HO-3 zone (UDC 4.7.15). An accessory dwelling unit is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8.5) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.12 and 6.6.3. Comment: Thank you for your application and corrections made from previous comments received. Per the requirements outlined in the associated DDO (SD-0525-00062), the proposed landscaping wall should have a maximum height of 7’ above grade. Page 1 of the submitted plans shows a distance of 7’1”; 8’ 6” maximum build height and 1’ 5” adjacent ground depth.
