COMMENT: The submitted plan does not meet the minimum plot plan requirements for review. Refer to the sample plot plan document for information that should be on the submitted plan. Revise the Site plan sheet to include all or missing information as depicted or noted on the sample plot plan sheet. COMMENT: Zoning cannot approve the permit until a complete site plan with all the information as noted in the sample plan is submitted for review. Comments related to the site plan will be provided in the next review of the requested document. 03. COMMENT: It appears that multiple detached structures have been erected or placed on the property. As part of the review of the proposed permit, a search on PRO (Property Research Online), permits or compliance review permits could not be found or verified for all the detached or accessory structures on the property. 04. COMMENT: All structures must meet the minimum building setback, the greater of 6’ or 2/3 the height of structure wall facing the interior property lines and 10 feet along the side street property line. Label the interior and street setback dimensions for all structures. Additional dimensions or info required on the site plan can be found on the sample site plan. 05. COMMENT: The above minimal comments were made based on the current Aerial Photo. No additional comments were made due to insufficient documentation for this property. Additional zoning comments may apply or forthcoming on the next submittal based on the revised site plan drawing and response to zoning comments.
