This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Provide consistent information on the provided plans. One note shows a 60A disconnect and another note shows a 50A disconnect. Show the location of the disconnect on the site plan. 2. Provide an electrical line diagram showing each of the components, including conductors, breaker and disconnects. Show conductor size and type and show the breaker size for the new circuits. 3. The conductors underground must comply with E3803.1, and be rated for direct burial, or rated for use in a conduit in a wet location, E3803.10. 4. Provide a conductor rated for use in a wet location per NEC 310.10(C ), THWN. 5. Provide a panel schedule showing wire size and OCPD of each new circuit or notate the wire size for each protection rating, E3702.2. 6. Designate the circuit number (that correlates to the panel schedule) at the location of the new equipment disconnect switch, E3404.12.
