TC-RES-0524-02891 ADDRESS/PARCEL: 300 S BROWN ST/134-01-025C The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation, and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Plot Plan should be a separate submittal. Please remove it from the full plan set. 2. On the plot plan, please show how the barrier code is being met. Call out the type & height of the barrier. 3. Show the distance between the pool structure and all structures on site – this includes the walls. 4. All gates should be SCSL. 5. Show the electrical home run (distance from equipment to the main panel) on the plot plan. 6. Please re-submit the standard engineering plans from AMMTEC with details used highlighted as well as an engineering stamp that has not expired. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter.
