(Comment) Aerial photography from 2022 shows a single-wide mobile home along the southern lot line, a small structure with red metal roof to the east of the main residence, and a small shed in the southwest corner of the lot. These three structures are not shown on the site plan. If the structures are still present on the property, please add them, their dimensions and their setbacks to the site plan. If any are no longer present, please indicate so in the comment response letter with the next submittal. 2. (Comment) Lot coverage calculations are incorrect. Please resubmit site plan with corrected calculations. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Updated site plan along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments above were addressed.
