All code references are to the 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions, and concerns before permit approval. COMMENTS: 1. Clarify the gates – are the wooden or are they wrought iron? 2. Please submit the standard engineering plans from AMMTEC with details used highlighted. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter. A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). 1. COMMENT: Zoning has reviewed the proposed pool location and has no issue. However, zoning could not find permit history for the storage room and covered patio located at the rear of the property shown on the site plan. Please provide permit documentation of these additions, or apply for a separate permit for the structures. Zoning cannot approve of this permit until the unpermitted structure has been permitted. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: revised residential building permit along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.
