Each Unit must be added to the permit and be shown on the provided plans. 2. You will need to file a Change of address request in order to show the correct units on the permit. https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/tdc-faq/new-pdfs/withdraws-and-extensions.pdf. On step #5, apply for change of address. Provide the complete address and unit numbers to be added to the permit. 3.
