Comment: All structures attached to the principal structure, regardless of the size, need a building permit and associated inspections. See previous comment 5 from prior review for what is needed. 2. Previous Comment 5: Please provide documentation for the front porch. Upon analyzing aerial imagery of the property, a porch appears to be constructed between 2019 and 2020 however I am unable to find a permit or documentation approving the porch. 3. Comment: Additional comments may be forthcoming based on corrected plans and responses to zoning comments.
