This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.

1. Based on aerial photographs there are shed type structures along the north property line that show up some time after 2006 with on being expanded sometime after 2012. Zoning was not able to find approved permit/compliance review documents for these structures. Either provide approved documentation or include them in this permit. A r residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example, will need to be provided showing all structures on site.
