Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. OCPD for copper conductor may not exceed 30A for #10 rating as required by E3705.5.3 and NEC 240.4(D)(small conductors). Conductor C-1 is undersized for the given OCPD. 2. Provide a Grounding Electrode System at the detached structure per NEC 690.47. 3. Verify the correct unit number is being used. Pima County appears to show this structure as UNIT 2, not UNIT 1.
