Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. There is an existing Permit (TC-RES-0323-03747) under a different contractor. If you would like to proceed with a new application, the homeowner must submit a request letting us know that they are withdrawing permit# TC-RES-0323-03747, or contact Titan Solar and have them withdrawal their permit. Once permit # TC-RES-0323-03747is withdrawn, you may proceed with this permit (TC-RES-0523-05545). We can only have one permit for the same address at a time for the same scope of work. The link to request to withdraw a permit is in your TDC account under the "Sub Records" tab.
