Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. Resubmit a site clean site plan that does not have COT stamps or markings related to permit # T20CM04625. 2. Provide an electrical riser diagram, E3403. Notate the grounding and bonding method, E3607. Metallic gas lines must be bonded and not be used as the primary grounding method, E3608. 3. Provide/notate a panelboard clear working space of 30” wide x 36” deep, E3405.2. The face of all electrical equipment on the side of the garage must remain a minimum of 36” from the property line.
