A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - .9. RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. As of 01/01/26, the required west side setback for the carport is 5’. The site plan reveals that the carport encroaches this setback by 2’. Either provide a neighbor waiver from the property owner at 9428 E Myra Dr., or apply for a Design Development Option (DDO) if a neighbor waiver is not possible. An example of the neighbor waiver is as follows. This must be applied directly to the site plan. My Name is _________ and I am the owner of the property located at _________________.
