Quotes note that the replacement windows are aluminum clad. Please note, that BHHZAB's design guidelines (https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/preservation/barriohistorico.pdf) call out wood windows.
There are several windows that appear to be currently wood 1/1 double hung windows. It is not clear what is proposed for these windows. They should be replaced in-kind if they cannot be repaired. Clarify which windows will be replaced and what they will be replaced with.
Once we have a complete submittal, we can schedule the project for review with the advisory committees.
