A Zoning inspection will be required to ensure that the submitted plans are accurate. Zoning was not able to find approved permit documents for three (3) dwelling units on this site. Pima County Assessor’s only shows two (2) dwelling units on this site. Provide approved permit documents for the three (3) dwelling units shown on this plan. Per UDC Table 6.3-2.A: DIMENSIONAL STANDARDS FOR THE R-1, R-2, R-3, MH-1, & MH-2 ZONES, R-2 Zone, based on a lot size of 6,970 sq. ft/0.16 acres this site only supports two (2) dwelling units. 2.
