This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that do not contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). 1. Please provide a complete plan-set. What was provided for this revision has pages that are cut off at the top and it is missing the foundation plan. 2. Provide the plan-set with all the pages and with the pages in the same order as before. 3. Update all relevant measurements related to this change. For instance, the measurements on the East side of the addition are 9’ and 6’, which still add up to 15’. This should match the updated 18’ measurement from the West side of the addition. 4. Update the room sizes to reflect the corrected size as well. 5. The simplified prescribed energy values for glazing is U=0.40. Show the maximum “U” factors of the windows to be u=0.4 or better, to match the approval note that was added to the approved plans, N1102.1.
