Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1. After a review of aerial views of the property, it appears that PV modules are mounted on an unpermitted structure on the SE side(rear) of the building. Searching city records through PRO found no permit history for this structural addition. Either provide completed permit and inspection documentation, apply for and complete permit review and inspections for the structure or remove the PV modules from the unpermitted structure. 2. Provide manufacturer specification sheets for all collector panels, inverters, mounting hardware, power optimizers etc. R324.3. 3.
