This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). SITE PLAN: 1. Indicate the location and size of buildings, utility meters and utility lines, R106.1.1. A dwelling shall be supplied by a single service, NEC 230.2 & E3601.2. Two metered service panels require Zoning approval with a second Pima County assigned address for the new service. Provide the Pima County assigned address and unit number’s for each metered service. 4. Any demo or reconstruction work will require a building permit prior to work beginning.
