This letter reflects comments to be addressed. Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). SITE PLAN: 1. Indicate the location and size of buildings, utility meters and lines, R106.1.1. https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/pdsd/forms/Residential_Plot_Plan_Requirements.pdf 2. Show the new sewer line connection with the existing sewer line. A new sewer connection with the County sewer line will require a permit from Pima County. PLUMBING PLAN: 3. Notate and specify all piping materials, P2608. Include existing building sewer pipe. 4. Provide a complete fixture unit schedule, including all future fixture units, P2903.6. 5. Tucson Water Department limits flow rates for each water meter size in compliance with P2903.7. Show an appropriate existing or proposed water meter size. 6. Provide a complete drainage fixture unit schedule, including all future drainage fixture units P3004.1 7. Show horizontal branch drainpipes sized with acceptable number of drainage fixture units, including all drainage future fixture units, Table P3005.4.1. 8.
