COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

This site is located in the SR zone (UDC 4.7.4). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-1).

1. Zoning acknowledges that you state there is no “FUNCTIONING KITCHEN” in the pool house but the plans show a double bowl sink and full size refrigerator. For this area not to count as a kitchen the sink needs to be a single bowl bar type sink and the refrigerator shall be an under counter refrigerator. Clearly show this on the plan.
