Please wait for the Design Development Option (DDO) to be approved. The application date is 10/04/2026 and the file number is TP-MOD-1026-000109. Residential zoning staff are unable to approve until the DDO is approved. 2. With the next submittal cycle for the building permit, not the DDO, please provide the following: a. DDO Letter of Approval b. Site plan c. Construction plans d. Response letter explaining how all staff comments have been addressed. Please note!
