A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-5). RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. Site Zoning is unable to approve the site plan until the Historic Review process has been completed. Please see the 4/27/26 review comments from Historic.
