2. Per comment response, Option 1 was picked:
a. Option 1: build CMU wall out of the 100-yr floodplain limits. The wall will require venting for drainage into the wash.
b. The wall remains within the boundary of the 100-yr floodplain and will require the drawing to accurately reflect the 100-yr limits, and the location of the wall with venting.
3. Resubmit a comment response and a corrected site plan for engineering review.

This site is located within the NR-2 Zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.

RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed.

1. Please see Residential Engineering comments provided on 5/19/26 regarding wall venting and location, a corrected site plan and response letter. Site Zoning is unable to approve an acceptable site plan until these comments have been addressed and approved by Residential Engineering.

2. Resubmit a site plan specific to this request as requested in the Comment 1 of the 4/24/2026 Residential Zoning comments which provided specific details. Please follow the link provided ( https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/2/pdsd/documents/plan-samples/basic-site-plan_feb2026.pdf ). The scope needs to include only the wall; not the pool. Do not use previously City-stamped plans.
