An 18 AWG yellow insulated copper tracer wire or equivalent, must be installed adjacent to nonmetallic piping. Access to the tracer will terminate 12 inches above ground and be suitable for direct burial. 2) Setback distances are inconsistent on construction documents, please resubmit with consistent distances. 3) The generator exhaust must be 10 feet (3048 mm) from the property lines; 3 feet (914 mm) from exterior walls and roofs; 10 feet (3048 mm) from operable openings into buildings; 10 feet (3048 mm) above adjoining grade. Please revise plans to adhere to IMC 501.3.1 |
