A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6 RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (Comment) The following comment was not fully addressed: “According to the Subdivision Plat Map for the area, the dimensions of this property are 44’ by 85’, and not 94’, as currently shown on the site plan. Please revise the length of the property on the plan, which should come to the south edge of the labeled vacated right-of-way. The plat map may be found here: https://onbase.pima.gov/publicaccess/DS_NextGen_Single/etc/cq/results.html?cqid=240&OBKey__552_1=02014“ Please indicate the property line dimensions on the site plan. 2. (Comment) The new site plan indicates that the distance from the property line to the curb is 11’. According to the paving plan for W 19th St, the distance from the curb to the property line is 20’. Please update the dimension to reflect the correct distance from the property line to the curb.
