COMMENTS:
1. Please resubmit your Owner/Builder Affidavit- Property Owner or Legal Representative is the name of the homeowner.
2. On the Site Plan (2946_E_2nd_A-0_V1), please show the electrical run and dimensions between the main panel and any subpanels. Also show the electrical run and the equipment brining power to the spa equipment.
3. SheetEP-22.5 Section B-B specifically states “CMU Block or Concrete Walls by others, Concrete slab by others” – this will need a separate permit or will need to be revised to state by Homeowner as it will need to be inspected prior to the equipment being set in place. City of Tucson will need to see full construction details of how the slab and walls are to be constructed.

Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set.

Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
