The comments from the previous submittal were not addressed, please resubmit addressing the following comments:

1) The image of the service panel is illegible and does not show the required information to indicate if the Service panel can adequately power the EVSE. Provide load calculations including the EV charger (Standard or Optional is accepted). As of Jan. 1, the City of Tucson has adopted the 2024 I-codes and 2023 NEC. Verify that all calculations adhere to the variables present in the new code.

2) The installation guide provided does not show the UL certification. Provide Manufacturer Specifications of the EV charger to be used. Include any certifications to ensure that the EVSE is UL listed E404.14.1

3) Site plan does not show location of installation will be protected from impact. Show the location of the EV charger is protected from vehicular impact. E3404.10, 110.27(B)

4) EV charger must be GFCI-capable, alternatively provide a means of GFCI protection (including GFCI Overcurrent Protection Devices) 625.54

5) Provide a one-line diagram with all equipment to be installed (including CTs or electrical monitoring equipment) as a part of the EV charging system. Show the number of conductors required for this installation and the conduit size to determine conduit fill does not exceed 40%. Include EGC and grounded conductors.
