Please resubmit addressing the following comments:
1) Please clarify scope of work, description seems to indicate a service panel replacement, and the plans seem to show only the main disconnect will be replaced.
2) A Surge Protection Device (SPD) must be identified on the plans if a service panel replacement will be conducted. This requirement can be satisfied by providing the manufacturer’s specifications for the SPD to verify that it is UL listed and code compliant E606.5 NEC 230.67
