RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. (Comment) The applicant’s response to the previous review’s first comment indicates that the front porch is more than 50 years old. Therefore, minor architectural documentation is required before demolition per UDC 3.12.1. Please submit the following materials under the current permit (TC-RES-0426-01704), along with construction plans. a. Current color photographs of front, rear and sides of building and outbuildings to be demolished. Please label photo directions/subjects. Digital photos preferred. c.
