The “Property Owner or Legal Representative & Title” section of the OBA does not match the “Owner Listed on Permit,” and the contact identified as the owner on this permit does not match Pima County Assessor records. The actual property owner must have a TDC Online account and be added to the permit as OWNER. If you are an authorized representative of the "ALTA FUNDING & INVESTMENTS LLC", you may be able to sign on behalf of the LLC with documentation. Along with this OBA, please submit a document stating that "XX" is a valid representative of the LLC with a signature of the owner.
