RESUBMITTAL OF THE FOLLOWING IS REQUIRED: Correct plans, as noted in the comments below, along with a response letter indicating how all Site Zoning comments were addressed. 1. The property is located within the Armory Park Historic Preservation zone. Historic review is required. Please see instructions in the comments made by the Historic team in their 4/15/2026 review. Site Zoning is unable to approve the permit until the Historic Review Design Package has been approved. Once approved, please upload the decision letter with the site plan and other relevant materials under the portal for TC-RES-0426-01641. 2. The application materials lack a zoning site plan. The aerials provided do not include sufficient information for a review. Please provide a BASIC site plan linked in the following instructions.
