Historic Review requires a supplemental application called a Design Package. Homes built in the past did not have these and thus would constitute an alteration to the original, historic design of the roof. The elevations/sketches will help in determining whether this will have an adverse impact (or not) on the historic character of the house and context area. |

The property is located within the Barrio Historic Preservation zone. Historic review is required. Please see instructions in the comments made by the Historic team in their 4/09/2026 review. Site Zoning is unable to approve the permit until the Historic Review Design Package has been approved.
