This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence (SFR) is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2). See Use-Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 - 9. 1. Per Construction Plan I-521, sheet 5, found at: https://maps-and-records.tucsonaz.gov/construction-plans/details/I-521, the distance from face of curb, where pavements meets the concrete curb to the street property line is 8’-0”. It is not clear where you dimensions are from. Clarify where you have measured from. If the 6’ dimension is from the face of curb then the wall encroaches into the COT Right-of-Way (ROW) and written permission must be secured from the COT Transportation and Mobility Department (DTM).
