COMMENTS: Please resubmit revised drawings and any redlined plans along with a detailed response letter, which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

01. COMMENT: On the site plan sheet, add the following information:
a) The project description as a note under property address.
b) Section, township, and range, (S15, T14S, R14E), under zoning text.


02. COMMENT: The lot coverage calculations need to be corrected to include all vehicular use areas. Draw and label the complete driveway/vehicular use area to the proposed location to the parking spaces. Per the aerial view, it appears there is a existing horseshoe access for in and out of the property, if this area is to be used, please draw, label, and dimension it. This area should be included in the driveway/vehicular use area calculation. Correct the “Total Use Area” text to “Total Lot Coverage”, and the “Lot Calculations” title to “Lot Coverage Calculations”.


03. COMMENT: Draw, label, and dimension the existing 6” vertical curb on the site plan sheet. Dimension the face of curb location to the center line, and the face of curb to property line. 04. COMMENT: Correct the rear yard setbacks. Dimensions should be perpendicular to the rear yard property line.


05. COMMENT: Draw, label, and dimension the existing 4’ wide easement along the rear yard line as platted in Map/Plat in BK 6, PG 98.


06. COMMENT: Add south elevation drawing to plans. In addition, draw and label the water heater enclosure on all applicable plan sheets.
