Resubmit to this same permit number. Site address on the site plan is 4558 S. 15th St. that does not match the permit application address 4548 S. 15th St. Please be sure to correct the address so it matches the permit application. Resubmit with a written response to each correction of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmittals that do not contain a comment response may cause delay until the response letter has been received. Also be sure to add the site address to all sheets submitted.
