Provide updated Plans/calculations and a written response Letter to each of the notated items indicating action taken. Resubmitted plans that contain a written response Letter addressing each of the notated items indicating action taken, may be delayed until response letter is received. Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC). 1) The structure that the electrical panels is attached to will need to have a unit numbers added to the existing address to differentiate the duplex units. Please contact Pima County Addressing to resolve issue. Addressing@pima.gov or 520-724-9512 2) Once this is obtained a change of address will be required to reflect the unit the panel is being replaced on. 3) Each separately metered system will require an individual permit. You will need a separate permit for Unit 2 system. These permits can share the same master Plan-set: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/tdc-faq/new-pdfs/submitting-for-multiple-permits-on-one-plan-set.pdf 4) Please resubmit a site plan showing the location of the electrical meter installation and what it will be servicing.
