Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed.


COMMENTS:
1. Please revise the site plan to show size and type of the gas line from the meter to the equipment – include the size of the heater in the call out; e.g. 1”x20’ of scotchkote pipe
2. Indicate whether or not the spa is raised.
3. Please remove all unnecessary dimensions on the site plan.
4. Indicate the hosebib on the site plan.
5. Is that an underwater table on the north end of the pool? If so, please label it as such.
6. The dimensions on the property lines are indecipherable – please increase the size of the font on the site plan.
7. Please include the street name on the plot plan.
8. Label the building that the pool equipment is located next to.


More comments may be forth coming once corrections have been made.

Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set.

Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
