TC-RES-0425-02001 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL SWIMMING POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 692503 N WYNCHWOOD CT Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. COMMENTS: 1. Please revise the site plan to show the distance between the existing 6’ CMU wall and the waterline of the spa, not the edge of spa bench. 2. Revise the site plan to indicate wether or not that is a raise water feature on the top side of the pool, if so, please indicate height of water feature on the site plan and if the corresponding construction details have been included in engineering details in the comment response letter. More comments may be forth coming once corrections have been made. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
