TC-RES-0425-01935 PROJECT: RESIDENTIAL POOL ADDRESS/PARCEL: 2921 E 2ND ST Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed. The scope of this plan review covers architectural, plumbing, mechanical, energy conservation and electrical. All code references are to the 2018 International Swimming Pool and Spa Code, 2018 International Residential Code and 2018 International Energy Conservation Code. All features were checked only to the extent allowed by the submittals provided. All portions of this project are assumed to meet or will meet other departmental requirements, conditions and concerns before permit approval. RESUBMITTAL COMMENTS: 1. The Plot plan is missing the site dimensions. Please include those on your next submittal. 2. There’s a missing wall between the main residence and the guest house. Please include that if the pool is not for both units. 3. If the pool is intended for use by both units – this may be considered a commercial pool and may have many more requirements thanjust a simple pool permit. 4. All gates on property need to swing outward. Show gate on the mesh pool fence. 5. Show all electrical runs with their lengths on the pool plan – from the meter to the 202 am circuit, and from the circuit to the pool pump. 6. Show the location of the equipment on the pool plan. 7. Show all dimensions from the proposed pool to all structures on site – the residence and all walls. More comments may be forth coming once corrections have been made. Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set. Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
