Plan review for the above referenced structure has been completed. This letter reflects comments to be addressed.


COMMENTS:
1. Please remove the flagstone, existing planter, and hardscape around the existing firepit from the planset – it is unnecessary and makes reading the plans difficult.
2. Show all gate swings on the existing gates.
3. The elevated spool needs to be at a minimum of 2’ from the existing wall.
4. Combine the electrical and plumbing plan into one document.
5. How large is the natural gas heater? Please include that in the Plumbing Run calculation- for example 30’X2” for 400K BTU Heater
6. Include the material of the gas pipe run.



More comments may be forth coming once corrections have been made.

Please upload your revised plans to TDC-Online with a revision letter outlining what has been revised on the doc set.

Resubmittals will not be accepted without the revision letter that answers all of the above comments.
