This site is located in the R-2 zone (UDC 4.7.9). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.6, .9, & .10.

Comments: Please resubmit revised drawings along with a detailed response letter which states how all Zoning Review Section comments were addressed.

1. Comment: UDC 6.6.3.D states “Accessory structures, except for accessory dwelling units, shall not exceed 12’ in height, unless attached to a principal structure”. The proposed height of your accessory structure (metal building) is 14’ 2” which exceeds the maximum allowable height of an accessory structure. Either lower the height of the accessory structure to 12’ or apply for a variance to increase the maximum allowable height of your accessory structure to 14’ 2”.
