A single-family residence is a permitted use in the R-1 zone, subject to use-specific standards 4.9.7.B.5-.9. 3. This comment has not yet been addressed. The submitted site plan does not fully demonstrate compliance with use-specific standard 4.9.7.B.7. All three required parking spaces must be located in a side or rear perimeter yard. Parking spaces may not be located in a vehicular use area in any front street perimeter yard. A dustproof surface is required to at least a minimum of two inches of compacted pea gravel. Per a previous Zoning Administrator's determination dated June of 2005, if any of the bedrooms have a five-foot-wide connection with no doors to a living room, dining room, or a kitchen, the bedroom may be considered an extension of the room to which it connects, thus eliminating the need to comply with this parking standard.
