After a review of aerial views (https://maps2.tucsonaz.gov/Html5Viewer/?viewer=maptucson#) of the property, it appears that PV modules are mounted on an unpermitted porch/addition structure on the East side of the main house. Searching city records through PRO (https://pro.tucsonaz.gov/address_search/) found no permit history for this structure. Either provide completed permit and inspection documentation, apply for and complete permit review and inspections for the structure or remove the PV modules from the unpermitted structure.
