This comment has not yet been addressed. There are several shade sails and structures that appear on the property in Pima County Pictometry dated May 17, 2024: https://gis.pima.gov/pictometry/ipa/IPAfullnet/llviewer.aspx?lat=32.217&lon=-111.0214. Zoning requirements such as perimeter yards apply to these sails and structures. As these shade sails and structures do not meet perimeter yards as prescribed within UDC Table 6.3-2.A, some sort of process such as a Design Development Option or Board of Adjustment is required to allow these sails to remain. Show all shade sails and structures on the site plan and indicate whether these elements will be removed from the site or not.
