Provide the height of the relocated shed to ensure the proposed perimeter yard is met. Based on a side perimeter yard of 7'-0", the maximum permitted exterior wall height is 10'-6". 3. Zoning acknowledges a Design Development Option (DDO) application has been submitted to reduce the side perimeter yard from 6'-0" to 2'-8" as measured from the east lot line.
