Provide a site plan that meets the residential plot plan requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/files/sharedassets/public/v/1/pdsd/documents/permits/residential-permits/residential_plot_plan_requirements.pdf. The requirements are provided in both graphic and written formats. At a minimum, provide the following information on the plot plan: a. Indicate the scale of the plan (1” = 10’). b. Show the square footage of the lot, the existing dwelling, any additions to the existing dwelling, the proposed accessory structure, and total under roof area. For reference, the subject lot is 70 feet wide and 100 feet deep (7,000 square feet of lot area). c. Provide a lot coverage calculation, which includes the area of the site covered by buildings, storage areas, and paved and unpaved driveways. Lot coverage cannot exceed 70% of total lot area in the R-1 zone (UDC Table 6.3-2.A). d. Show the setback measured from the proposed structure to the front street property line. e.
