1. The ¾” pipe to the new tankless W/H is undersized for the given length and demand. At 40 feet of pipe length and a demand of 180k BTU, 1” pipe is required.
2. Size the pipe based on the length from the meter to the attached appliance and max total Branch demand of all attached appliances using Table G2413.4(1) (Metallic Pipe).
