This site is located in the R-1 zone (UDC 4.7.8). A single-family residence is a permitted use in this zone (Table 4.8-2) subject to Use Specific Standards 4.9.7.B.5 – 9. 1. As you are proposing exterior work, new 5’ fence, provide a residential plot plan that meets the requirements found at: https://www.tucsonaz.gov/Departments/Planning-Development-Services/Building-Safety/Plan-Examples/Plot-Plan-Example. 2. Based on aerial photos there is some type of shed structure located near the northeast corner of the existing SFR that is not shown on the site plan.
