Code reference, 2018 International Residential Code (IRC), 2017 National Electrical Code (NEC). >>> The following comment was not addressed. The overhead electrical line clearance is separate from the modules on the unpermitted porch. 1. Aerial views of the property show the overhead service conductors passing over the roof of the porch at the back of the property. The overhead service conductor over the structures requires an 8’ clearance above the roof, E3604.2.1. The 8’ clearance is required to be maintained for a distance of 3’ from the edge of the roof. Show a mast height necessary to achieve this clearance. The necessary mast height at the existing panel location may not be a feasible installation and may require the relocation of the service entrance to a code compliant location. 2.
